The Legacy Project brings together the ways I seek to serve beyond my professional responsibilities. Rooted in faith and expressed through ministry, mentoring, scholarships, leadership development and philanthropy, it reflects my commitment to invest in people, strengthen communities and help create a future that extends beyond my own work.

Ministry

My faith shapes how I live, lead and serve.

Through serving, teaching, mentoring and ministry, I seek to encourage people to lead with character, steward influence faithfully and pursue lives of lasting significance. It is also the foundation for much of the work I have chosen to invest in beyond my professional responsibilities.

Mentoring

Few investments produce greater returns than investing in people.

I mentor young professionals and emerging leaders at different stages of their journey, helping them grow in character, strengthen their judgment and lead with purpose. Some conversations last a single meeting. Others develop into relationships that continue for many years.

I also create opportunities for young leaders to learn, contribute and grow. I connect them with experienced leaders, recommend them for opportunities and create spaces where they can gain exposure, ask better questions and take on greater responsibility.

Giving

ENABLES Foundation

The ENABLES Foundation reflects my commitment to creating opportunities that strengthen individuals, families and communities.

Established in November 2020, the Foundation operates primarily as a grant-giving organization, with a focus on capacity building in operations and supporting other NGOs through grants that strengthen their ability to serve their communities and create better futures for their target audiences.

Through ENABLES, I extend that commitment beyond what I can do personally, investing in opportunities that can strengthen organizations, lives and communities over the long term.

Leadership is not just about standing in front of the tram for applause. It is also about standing behind them when they deserve the applause and standing in front of them when they need protection.

The best leaders never mistake the spotlight for the source of light.
